The City of Redwood City has in the past conveyed <br />to many individuals and corporations property, and in which deeds <br />therefor racial restrictions were inadvertently inserted restrict- <br />ing occupancy thereof to members of the Caucasian race. <br />2. All restrictions as to racial occupancy of any <br />property heretofore conveyed by the City of Redwood City to any <br />person by deed, grant or otherwise, is hereby freed from any <br />and all restrictions contained in such deed with respect to occu- <br />pancy of said property by any person other than a member of the <br />Caucasian race. ' <br />3. That a copy of this resolution, duly certified by <br />the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, is hereby directed to be <br />V <br />recorded in the office of the Recorder of San !Mateo County, <br />Calif ornia. <br />
