I <br />R E S O L U T I O N N 0. l <br />AUTHORIZING SALE OF LOT 12, BLOCK <br />2, AMENDED MAP OF THE . OAKS . <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The sale of the hereinafter described property <br />for the total sum of Seven Hundred Sixty -five Dollars is hereby <br />authorized. Said property is specifically described as follows: <br />All of Lot 12, in Block numbered 2, as <br />designated on that map entitled "Amended <br />Map of the Oaks ", which map was recorded <br />in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, California, on August 5, 1919, in <br />Book 10 of Maps, at page 21. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Redwood <br />City are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying said <br />property to WARREN S. TERRIBERRY and RUTH B. TERRIBERRY, as <br />joint tenants, without warranty express or implied, and subject <br />to all easements, restrictions, encumbrances and liens of <br />record except City real property taxes. <br />
