RES0LUT1 ON N0. 1790 <br />REQUESTING THE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS <br />TO TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO FIVE <br />POINTS INTERSECTION. <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the Division of Highways of the State of Calif- <br />ornia, District IV, San Francisco, take the following action <br />with respect to the intersections of Woodside Road, Spruce <br />Street, E1 Camino Real, Redwood avenue, and Main Street in <br />the City of Redwood City: <br />a) That a project study be made of the inter- <br />section by the Division of Highways as soon <br />as possible. <br />b) That the Division of Highways consider an <br />interim project to relieve the condition at <br />said intersection. <br />c) That the Division of Highways recommend, <br />after the project study, a permanent solu- <br />tion to the problem. <br />d) That Spruce Street be considered as a <br />State Highway, <br />2. That the Council of Redwood City hereby offers its <br />assistance in arriving at a solution to the traffic conges- <br />tion at the aforementioned intersections. <br />3. That the Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed <br />to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Division of Highways, District IV, San Francisco, California. <br />
