R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 1791 <br />AUTHORIZING SALE OF SOUTHWESTERLY <br />ONE -HALF (1/2) OF LOT 6, BLOCK B, <br />BOYD & KENT ADDITION. <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The sale of the hereinafter described property <br />for the total sum of Seven Hundred Seventy -five Dollars and No <br />Cents ($775.00) is hereby authorized. Said property is specif- <br />ically described as follows: <br />All of the southwesterly one -half (1/2), <br />front and rear measurements, of Lot 6 <br />in Block B as designated on that Map <br />entitled "Map of Boyd & Kents' Addition, <br />Redwood City, Cal. ", which map was filed <br />in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, California, on June 12, 1905, in <br />Book B of Maps at Page 10, and copied <br />into Book 3 of Maps at Page 66, <br />Section 2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying the said <br />property to SYDNEY LEVIN without warranty, express or implied, <br />and subject to all easements, restrictions, and encumbrances <br />of record except City real property taxes. <br />
