R E S 0 L U T I O N N 00 1802 <br />AUTHORIZING CITY IVIANA.GER TO EXECUTE <br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS RE REDWOOD <br />BOWL. <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain Declaration of Establishment of <br />Restrictions and Covenants Affecting Certain Real Property <br />in the City of Redwood City dated November 18, 1954, and <br />executed by Land Development & Investment Company, herein- <br />after referred to as "Declarant ", is hereby approved. <br />2. The restrictions established on said property by <br />Declarant with respect to reserving a portion of the property <br />perpetually as a private alley and prohibiting construction <br />thereon in accordance with the terms of said Declaration is <br />approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute said Declaration on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />3. That said Declaration is hereby directed to be <br />recorded in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, <br />California. <br />
