Present were Bob <br /> Hilton, Hilton Consultants to SBTSA, Dan Day, Deborah Sergeant and G-ino Gasparini of <br /> BFI. The proposal was to eliminate the end of the month pick-up but add two <br /> environmental days to pick up green waste only. The goal was to meet AB 939 <br /> requirements of 50% reduction in landfill by 2000, and to create a more accurate revenue <br /> stream for BFI.
