r f <br />s j <br />R E S 0 L U T 1 N N 0. -1810 <br />WITHDRAWING FOULK TERRITORY, HIGHLANDS <br />TERRITORY NO. 1, HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. <br />2 LOTS 2-79 KENSINGTON SQUARE, KORAL <br />TERRITORY, McABEE TERRITORY, PETERS <br />TERRITORY AND UPLAND ROAD TERRITORY FROM <br />THE EMERALD LAKE LIGHTING DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described has been annexed <br />to the Cit of Redwood Cit and <br />WHEREAS, said property or portions thereof is still included <br />within the boundaries of the Emerald Lake Lighting District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Redwood <br />City to withdraw said property from the Emerald Lake Li <br />District; <br />NOW, THEEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. It hereby finds, orders and determines that the property <br />described in paragraph 2 of this resolution will no longer be <br />benefited by remaining in the Emerald Lake Lighting District. <br />2. That the territory hereinafter specifically described <br />is hereby ordered withdrawn from the Emerald Lake Li <br />District by reason of its annexation to the City of Redwood City. <br />Said territory is described as follows: . , <br />.- <br />5-10 <br />
