1 28 <br />R,ESOLLTTION N 0. <br />_ <br />AUTHORIZING CITY 1V NAGER TO EXECUTE <br />AGREEMENT WITH STANDARD OIL COMPANY. <br />RESOLVED <br />BY THE <br />COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. <br />That <br />pursuant to the <br />provisions of <br />the Use Permit <br />heretofore granted to the Standard Oil Company of California to <br />construct a service station at the corner of Middlefield Road <br />and Jefferson Avenue in Redwood City, California, the City <br />Manager of Redwood City is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />2. Said agreement is hereby directed to be recorded in <br />the off ice of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California. <br />
