All of the hereinafter described public utilities <br />easement in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, has not been used for any public purpose <br />and will not be used for that purpose, and therefore said <br />Council hereby declares that the easement hereinafter specifi- <br />cally described is abandoned.
