<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />r":,( i '/ <br />N O. 26f1 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING REVOCABLE LICENSE FROM UNITED <br />STATES GOVERNMENT ON PROPERTY ADJACENT TO <br />posrr' OFFICE PROPERTY IN RED~JOOD CITY <br /> <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. f.l'hat the Council hereby accepts the revocable license <br />from the United States covering the following described property: <br />The Southerly 12 feet of the Westerly 185 feet <br />of Lot 7, Block No.1, as shown on that certain map <br />entltled "Nap of the Property in Villa Lots of J. Vo <br />Diller, situated in Redwood City" filed in the office <br /> <br />of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California, <br /> <br /> <br />September 18, 1863, in Book "E" of Original r~laps at <br /> <br />page 77 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at page 83. <br /> <br />subject to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Condi- <br />tions Governing Revocable Licenses, GSA Form 78, dated August, 1950, <br /> <br />and in accordance with all of the terms and conditions contained in <br /> <br />a letter dated API"il 2, 1956 from the General Services Administration, <br /> <br />directed to the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. rr'hat the City f\1anager of the Ci ty of Red1t'lood C1 ty is here- <br /> <br /> <br />by authorized and directed to execute a copy of the form of license <br /> <br /> <br />heretofore furnished by the General Services Administration, and to <br /> <br />return the same to the General Services Administration together <br /> <br />with a certified copy of this Resolution. <br />
