<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />2026 <br /> <br />GRANTING VARIANCE TO ODDSTAD HOMES TO <br />ALLOW A FIFTEEN FOOT (15') FRONT SETBACK <br />ON LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 2, FAm~ HILLS <br />NO. 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood City has sub- <br /> <br /> <br />mitted the application of ODDS TAD HOMES for a variance together <br /> <br />wi th its recommendations thereon, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the same <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the application is <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or safety of persons residing or working in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to ODDS TAD HOMES a variance <br />to allow reduction in the front setback from twenty feet (20') to <br />fifteen feet (151) on Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, .Farm Hills No. 1, <br /> <br />upon the express condition that all construction shall otherwise <br /> <br />be st.rictly in accordance Vii th the BUilding Code and in strict <br />accordance with the plans heretofore submitted to the Planning <br />Co~nission and the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br />
