RESOLUTION N0. 1919 <br />CONFIRMING WEED ABATEMENT REPORT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council of Redwood <br />City, the City Street Superintendent of Redwood City was <br />ordered to abate the weed nuisance in the City of Redwood City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Streets has submitted to <br />the Council of Redwood City for confirmation an itemized report, <br />which report shows the cost of removing such weeds from or in <br />front of each separate parcel of land from which said weeds were <br />removed; and <br />WHEREAS, as appears from the affidavits on file, a copy <br />of said report was posted in the manner required by Ordinance <br />No. 748 and a notice was published givi� notice of the filing <br />of said report and the hearing thereon in the time, form and <br />manner required by law; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the itemized report of the Superintendent of <br />Streets of the City of <br />weeds on each separate <br />Redwood City is hereby <br />weeds from or in front <br />lien on such property <br />paid. <br />Redwood City showing the cost of removing <br />lot or in front thereof in the City of <br />confirmed and the cost of removing said <br />of said separate lot shall constitute a <br />for the amount of such assessments until <br />2. That a copy of said report shall be delivered to the <br />Tax Collector of Redwood City who shall add the amounts of the <br />assessments to the next regular bill for taxes assessed against <br />said lots, and that hereafter said assessments shall be collected <br />at the same time and in the same manner as general City taxes <br />are collected and shall be subject to the same interest and <br />-1- <br />
