07/09/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14277 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATED <br />ENFORCEMENT SYSTEMS <br />(Lockheed Martin IMS Corporation) <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing having been held on July 9, <br />2001, on the use of Automated Enforcement Systems to be installed at five <br />locations within the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement for the installation and use of an Automated <br />Enforcement System having been presented to this Council for review and <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement by and Between Lockheed <br />Martin IMS Corporation and Redwood City, California to Provide Services in <br />Support of Management of the Photo Red Light Enforcement Technology <br />Program," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and Lockheed Martin IMS Corporation, for the installation <br />and operation of the Automated Enforcement Systems, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />Reso -1189 1 <br />F: \shared \redwood \Co u n ci I <br />06/25/01 <br />
