<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1995 <br /> <br />GRANTING VARIANCE TO M. AARONSON TO ALLOW <br />A FIVE FOOT (5') REAR YARD ON LOT 10, <br />BLOCK 3, DINGEE PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Conwission of Redwood City has sub- <br />mitted the application of M. AARONSON for a variance with the <br /> <br />recommendation that such application be granted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the same <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />That the granting of the application is <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />That the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect 'adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or safety of persons residing or working in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to M. AARONSON a variance <br />rear <br />to allow a five foot (51 )/yard on Lot 10, Block 3, Dingee Park, <br />for the construction of a medical bUilding, subject to the <br />condition that all construction shall be as set forth on the <br /> <br />plans heretofore approved by the Council and the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission of Redwood City, and subject to the approval of <br /> <br />the off-street parking layout by the Planning Consultant of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * * <br />
