SKINNER TO ALLOW A <br />ONE INCH (Ill) SETBACK ON SIDE AND REAR PORTION <br />OF LOTS lAND 2, BLOCK 4, ROBINSON SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />~{EREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood City has sub- <br /> <br />mitted the application of E. SKINNER for a variance with the <br /> <br />recommendation that such application be granted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the same <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the application is <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />(0) That the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or safety of persons residing or working in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to E. SKINNER a variance <br />to allow a one inch (III) setback on the side and rear of a portion <br />of Lots land 2, Block 4, Robinson Subdivision, being a parcel of <br />property fronting 691 10" on El Camino Real and 92' lO" on Jackson <br />Street, subject to the City Engineer's approval of driveway <br /> <br />approaches. <br /> <br />* * * * <br />
