.........-~ ..1<' 2036 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. AUTHORIZING SALE OF PORTION OF LOT 3, BLOCK "A ", \^JOODSIDE ACRES NO.1 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. The sale of the hereinafter described property for the total sum of Thirty-Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.) is hereby auth- orized. Said property is specifically described as follows:- A portion of Lot 3, Block "A", as shown on that map entitled "Woodside Acres Map No.1" filed May 28, 1923, in Book 11 of Maps at Pages 34 and 35 in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California, more pani- cularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most Southerly point of that parcel of land deeded by John E. McCarthy to the Ci ty of Red\'lood C1 ty, filed September 14, 1950, in Volume 1937 of Official Records at page 545 in the office of the County Recorder of San Ivlateo County; THENCE North 72c 02' 33" \'fest, crossing said Lot 3, a distance of 127.86 feet to the North- westerly line of said Lot 3; THENCE Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of Lot 3 a distance of 181.41 feet; THENCE Southeasterly along an arc of a curve to the left, a tangent to which bears South 560 29' 07" East an arc distance of 55.20 feet; THENCE South 730 00' East a distance of 5.60 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 3; THENCE Southerly along the Easterly line of Lot 3 a distance of 170.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. 2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Red~'lood Ci ty are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying said property to the Sequoia Young Men's Christian Association, a Corporation, without warranty, express or implied, and subject to all easements, restrictions, and encumbrances of record except City real property taxes. * * * *
