UV_. .~~.S~JWft~1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Councilor the City or Redwood City did, in open <br />session, on JUlV 30. 19P6 , publicly open, examine, and <br />declane all sealed proposals or bids ror doing all the work and <br /> <br />making all the improvements described in Resolution or Intention <br />No. 2052 or said Council, passed and adopted by said Council on <br />JulY 2. 1956 , to which resolution rererence is hereby <br /> <br />made ror further particulars; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That said Council hereby rejects all said proposals or <br /> <br /> <br />bids ror doing the work of making the improvements described in <br /> <br /> <br />said Resolution of Intention No. a05a , except that next herein <br /> <br />mentioned, and hereby awards the contract ror doing said work and <br /> <br />making said improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, <br />to wi t: >>OVaLAl1 &: WOODHOUSE PAVDlO Ie GRADING <br /> <br />at the prices named in <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />bid, to which bid rererence is <br /> <br />hereby made for rurther particulars. <br /> <br />2.
