<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 2080 <br />ABANDONING INTEREST IN RUDECO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY as follows: <br />1. That the City of Redwood City hereby abandons any <br />and all interest it may have acquired by virtue of that certain <br />agreement between the City of Hedwood City and Rudeco, a corpor- <br />ation, which agreement is dated April 12, 1954 and recorded in <br />the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California in <br />Volume 2584 of Official Records at page 486. <br />2. The Clerk is hereby directed to record a certified <br />copy of this resolution in the Recorder's Office of San Mateo <br />County. <br /> <br />* * * <br />
