<br />mi tted the application of F. KUFFEH for a variance together ~"lith

<br />its recommendations thereon,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREF'ORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CIrrY HEREBY RESOLVES
<br />
<br />AS FOLLO\,vS:
<br />
<br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist:
<br />
<br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary
<br />circumstances which apply to the land, building
<br />or use referred to in the application, which
<br />circumstances or conditions do not generally
<br />apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the same
<br />district.
<br />
<br />(b) That the granting of the application is
<br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment
<br />of substantial property rights of the
<br />petitioner.
<br />
<br />(c) That the granting of such application will not
<br />materially affect adversely neighboring property
<br />of the public welfare or the health or safety of
<br />persons residing or working in the neighborhood.
<br />
<br />2. Said Council heraeby graants to F. KUFFER a variance to
<br />
