<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO. 2099 <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES FOR <br />JEl?FERSON AVENUE BETWEEN HIGHLAND AVENUE <br />AND A POINT 170' EAST OFl VISTA DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning COlnmission of Redwood City has <br /> <br /> <br />duly recommended to the Council of Redwood City that certain <br /> <br /> <br />plan lines be established in the City of Redwood City as a <br /> <br /> <br />part of the street and highway plan of the Master Plan of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public notice of a hearing regarding the adop- <br /> <br />tion of said plans was duly given as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all protests relative to the adoption of said <br /> <br />plan lines have been duly considered by the Council of Redwood <br /> <br />City and have been duly overruled; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Council of Redwood City does hereby adopt, <br /> <br />as precised sections of the Street and Highway Plan of the <br /> <br />Master Plan of Redwood City, California, official plan lines <br /> <br />for the widening and extension of Jefferson Avenue as a public <br />street between Highland Avenue where said avenue meets Jefferson <br />Avenue northwesterly of Devon Way to a point on Jefferson Avenue <br /> <br />170' east of Vista Drive, as said plan lines are shown on the <br />map entitled nOfficial Plan Lines On Jefferson Avenue Between <br />Highland Avenue & 170' East of Vista Driven. The aforementioned <br />map is on file in the office of the City Engineer of Redwood City <br /> <br />and is incorporated herein by reference thereto. <br /> <br />2. The property designated on the aforementioned map <br />is hereby reserved for the future development of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof. <br />
