(304) <br /> <br /> REPORT: Assistant Engineer Buck, July 15, 1996 <br /> <br /> In response to questions from Councilman Leipzig, Engineering Manager <br /> Patterson advised that of the appproximately $39,000 change order issued <br /> earlier, a fair proportion of that amount was used for the current configuration of <br /> intersection at Hopkings/Duane/Broadway, including new striping. He <br /> confirmed that the intersection was still a temporary design, and he added that <br /> the Traffic Advisory Committee was reviewing public input regarding the <br /> design. <br /> <br /> M/S: LEIPZIG/LA BERGE TO ACCEPT SLURRY SEAL PROJECT, 1995, AND <br /> AUTHORIZE RELEASE OF BONDS (GRAHAM CONTRACTORS, INC.) <br /> <br /> CARRIEI) BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
