RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 2103 APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM Highlands Territory No.4 Sewer (Circle Road to Northerly City Limits) WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City did, on April 16, 1956 pass and adopt a resolution, No. 2013 ordering certain work and improvements, said work and improvements being described and set out in Resolution of Intention No. 2003 of said Council, passed and adopted on March 19, 1956, said resolutions both being on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which resolutions reference is hereby made for further par- ticulars; and WHEREAS said Resolution No. 2013 directed the City Engi- neer of Redwood City to make and sign the assessments to be made for the worle and improvements to be done under said Resolu- tion of Intention No. 2003; and 1rJHEREAS the Ci ty Engineer of the City of Redwood Ci ty has prepared ~nd presented for the approval of the Council of Redwood Ci t~T a diagram of the property affected or benefi ted by the worle and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2003 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said diagram showing each sepa.rate lot, piece or parcel of land and the dimensions of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the relati ve location of the same to the vlork proposed to be done, all within the limits of the assessment district set out in said Resolution of Intention No. 2003; NO \,,1., THEREFORE, BE I'l' AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED, that the diagram presented by the City Engineer for approval, as such diagram is hereinbefore described, be, and it hereby is, approved. FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be, and he hereby is, directed to certify to the date of such diagram's approval. * * * *
