<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 2121 <br /> <br />APPHOVING AND AU'llHOHIZING EXECUTION <br />OP .AN AGREElv1ENT BE TvrEEl\T CITY OF' RED1tJOOD <br />CITY AND ODDSTAD HOMES RELATIVE TO <br />OCCUPANCY OF, AND frEE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SEW.bR FACILITIES TO SERVE, <br />FARH HILLS SUBDIVISIONS <br /> <br />'if.]HEHEAS, Council of the City of Redwood City has had <br /> <br />referred to it a proposed agreement between Oddstad Homes <br /> <br />and the City of Hedv-Tood City, form dated 10/15/56, providing <br /> <br />for the construction of certain sanitary sewer facilities to <br /> <br />serve subdivisions presently being improved by Oddstad Homes; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />\/JHEREAS, said agreement contains other provisions rela- <br /> <br />tive to occupancy of said subdivisions and indemnification by <br /> <br />Oddstad of the City of RedirJood City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has approved the provisions of <br /> <br />said agreernent; <br /> <br />~ <br />N01rJ, 'TH1=i:HEPORE, 'rEE COUNCIL OF rrEE CITY O}i REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />DO HEREEY HESOLVE AS POLLO\~TS: <br /> <br />1.
