AND CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY TO PERMIT INSTALLATION OF <br />ELECTRICAL FACILITIES. ON LUCK~ STORE <br />AT ARCH STREET AND BREWSTER AVENUE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY: <br /> <br />That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that certain <br /> <br />agreement between Lucky stores, Inc. and the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, form dated 9/2L~/56 <br /> <br />, providing for the installa- <br /> <br />tion of electrical facilities on the Lucky store at Arch <br /> <br />street and Brewster Avenue in the City of Redwood City for the <br /> <br /> <br />lighting of the evergreen tree in the parking lot opposite said <br /> <br />store. <br /> <br />A copy of said agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Engineer, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars regarding the terms hereof. <br />
