<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />2131 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING COMPROMISE OF PORTION OF <br />CONDEMNATION ACTION - I}IDUSTRIAL WAY <br /> <br />HESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That the acquisition of Parcels 46-A and 46-B, as <br /> <br /> <br />set forth in that certain action No. 66645 in the Superior <br /> <br />Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo, for the sum of $5,500.00, is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />2. That Currie, Lebsack & Hannig, attorneys for the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City in the above-entitled action,are hereby <br /> <br />authorized to acquire said parcels for the aforementioned sum. <br /> <br />3. That said attorneys are hereby authorized to dismiss <br /> <br />said action upon acquisition of said property insofar as it <br /> <br />relates to Parcels 46-A and 46-B. <br /> <br />4. That the monies to be paid for said property shall <br /> <br />be charged to the improvement fund established pursuant to <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1780 for the improvement of Indus- <br /> <br />tria 1 t~ay. <br /> <br />* * * <br />
