07/09/01 <br />0 R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. j a76g <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR 2001 -2002 EMERGENCY <br />ELECTRICAL REPAIRS SERVICE; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br />OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br />WHEREAS, written bids with public advertisement were solicited for the <br />2001 -2002 Emergency Electrical Repairs Service in the City of Redwood City, <br />California; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, two bids were received for the <br />performance of said work and filed with the Department of Public Works <br />Services; and <br />WHEREAS, S.G. Barber, Inc., of Belmont, California is the lowest <br />responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to award said <br />bid to S.G. Barber, Inc.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The bid of S.G.
