Poole and Helen Poole (606) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 3, 1996 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnet~ <br /> <br />Absent: Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: La Berge/Buchan to accept Quitclaim Deeds from Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Co. for easements within the boundaries of Parcel Map No. 94-1, the City <br /> Center, and direct the City Clerk to accept and record deeds on behalf of the <br /> City; <br /> <br /> 2) Easement Quitclaim Deed: Rights granted by A. Cook, Daniel Flinn and <br /> others, J. W. Poole and Helen Poole. Real property hereby quitclaimed is <br /> no longer necessary or useful to PG&E; <br /> <br /> Adopted by unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
