04/12/2010 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15016 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THE RULES AND <br />REGULATIONS OF THE REDWOOD CITY WATER DEPARTMENT <br />(PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES DEPARTMENT) RELATING TO WATER <br />RATES; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 14940 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. Resolution No. 14940 entitled, "Resolution Amending Section 3 of the Rules <br />and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works Services <br />Department) Relating to Water Rates; and Rescinding Resolution No.14913," adopted <br />June 1, 2009 and operative July 22, 2009, is hereby rescinded. <br />2. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; provided, however, that <br />the residential and non - residential water rates and charges established pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 14940, shall continue to be effective until July 1, 2010, and residential <br />and non - residential water bills generated before July 1, 2010 shall reflect the revisions <br />in billing rates for the billing period to which the bills apply. <br />Atty /Reso /Reso. 1996 1 #15016 <br />033010 MUFF #805 <br />
