MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEET1NG <br /> <br /> May 13, 1996 <br /> <br /> MO. 96-102 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: May 15, 1996 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing - Oak Knoll Drive and Hetch Hetchy (603) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 13, 1996. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan,Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> Public Hearing to adopt a Resolution to vacate a portion of a 1 O-foot wide <br /> public lane between Oak Knoll Drive and the Hetch Hetchy right-of-way, and <br /> retain a 1 O-foot wide public service easement over the same area. <br /> <br /> Affidavit of publication of Resolution of Intention No. 12738, April 22, 1996 <br /> and affidavit of posting of notice of public hearing on May 13, 1996 is on file in <br /> the City Clerk Department <br /> <br /> THIS ITEM WAS CONTINUED DUE TO PROCEDURAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />Arlyn~C.
