<br />, <br /> <br />..' <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />~ SWC:wb 10/22/80 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF OCT 2 7 1980 <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 79-7 SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />8723 <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 8598 adopted by this <br /> <br />Council on May 19, 1980, the City of Redwood City and Paul Hanley <br /> <br />entered into an agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Parcel Map No. 79-7 Subdivision," for the construction of <br /> <br />certain improvements, including storm drainage system, in accord- <br /> <br />ance with those certain improvement plans entitled "Upland Road <br /> <br />from 320' Southeasterly to 475' Southeasterly of Oak Knoll Drive"; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has become necessary, as a result of the several <br /> <br />recent and planned future subdivisions in the neighborhood of <br /> <br />this Parcel Map No. 79-7 Subdivision, to redesign and amend the <br /> <br />drainage construction requirements of those afor~mentioned improve- <br /> <br />ment plans so as to ensure that the cumulative effect of drainage <br /> <br />from all the aforesaid subdivisions will not be adverse to the <br /> <br />neighborhood; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both the City of Redwood City and Paul Hanley are <br /> <br />willing to amend the aforesaid "Agreement for the Improvement of <br /> <br />Parcel Map No. 79-7 Subdivision" in order to effectuate the <br /> <br />aforesaid drainage improvement change; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to agreement entitled "Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map No. 79-7 Subdivision" <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Paul Hanley, a copy <br /> <br />of which amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk for <br />
