<br />....../....... <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:wb 10/23/80 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />OCT 2 7 1980 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO RELATING TO <br />THE RESURFACING OF A PORTION OF EDGEWOOD ROAD <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />87L8' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood city maintains a sanitary <br /> <br />sewer, storm sewer and water service system within the County <br /> <br />right-of-way along a portion of Edgewood Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has requested city's <br /> <br />sanitary sewer manhole covers and lamphole covers, storm <br /> <br />sewer manhole covers and water service system valve boxes be <br /> <br />raised within the aforementioned County ri"ght-of-way in conjunc- <br /> <br />tion with the County's resurfacing of a portion of Edgewood Road; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />pursuant to which the City will pay County for performing the <br /> <br />aforementioned public improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />Sept-80), by and between the City of Redwood city and the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo, a copy of which is presently on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute the same for and on behalf of the city of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
