<br />,..- <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:ks 10/6/80 <br />CGM:mf 10/27/80R <br /> <br />.". <br /> <br />,,' <br /> <br />ORIGINP\L <br />OCT 2 7 "i980 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 8716 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF JOGGING EXERCISE <br />COURSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, Redwood Shores, Inc., and <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Homeowners Association desire to construct and <br /> <br />maintain a jogging exercise course in the Redwood Shores area of <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above Corporation and Association have agreed <br /> <br />to provide the construction of a jogging exercise course if the <br /> <br />City will maintain such facility upon its completion; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Construction <br /> <br />of Jogging Exercise Course" (form dated 10/27/80R) by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, Redwood Shores, Inc., a California Corporation, <br /> <br />and Redwood Shores Homeowners Association, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
