<br />...-- <br />"' <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:wb 10/16/80 <br />CGM:mf 10/27/80R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8715 <br /> <br />ORIG I NAL <br /> <br />I I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH WILBUR SMITH AND ASSOCIATES <br />FOR EASTSIDE TRANSPORTATION NETWORK STUDY SERVICES <br /> <br />OCT 2 7 198G <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Wilbur Smith and <br /> <br />Associates entered into an agreement whereby Wilbur Smith and <br /> <br />Associates was required to prepare a study of the effect of the <br /> <br />development of the Eastside area of the Bayshore Freeway upon <br /> <br />transportation facilities within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City and Wilbur Smith and Associates desire <br /> <br />to amend the aforementioned agreement to authorize additional <br /> <br />services to be provided by Wilbur Smith and Associates as part <br /> <br />of the study; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement" <br /> <br />(form dated 10/27/80R), by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Wilbur Smith and Associates, copies of which are presently <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby au~horized to execute the same for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
