<br />.' .J <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:wb 10/9/80 <br /> <br />, RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />8 712 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 2 7 1980 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK RELATING <br />TO HOUSING REHABILITATION FINANCING ASSISTANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is participating in a <br /> <br />Neighborhood Conservation Program in furtherance of the purposes <br /> <br />of its Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires a housing rehabilitation financing <br /> <br />assistance program to facilitate the making of loans for rehabili- <br /> <br />tation and improvement purposes in connection with the above <br /> <br />Neighborhood Conservation Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank is experienced in <br /> <br />providing housing rehabilitation financing assistance services <br /> <br />and has developed methods and procedures to manage such programs; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement to Provide Housing <br /> <br />Rehabilitation Financing Assistance in Redwood City" by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood city and Security Pacific National Bank, a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is made for the full terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
