<br />o <br /> <br />q <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />November 21. 1994 <br /> <br />MO. 94-239 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: November 23, 1994 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br />City Attorney <br />City Council <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Verbatim Quote Added to the November 7, 1994 Minutes (101-02, 1004-01) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on November 21, 1994. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Hartnett, Howard, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld <br />and Mayor Gasparini <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Councilman Sanfilipo referred to the Minutes of the November 7, 1994 Council <br />Meeting, Item 6 C, and stated that there seemed to be a question on some of the <br />statements made by Mr. John Ciboci of SRI, International and stated "I would just <br />like to get that clarified." <br /> <br />City Attorney Schricker advised that he had discussed the matter with Councilman <br />Sanfilipo and stated it related to "representations made by Mr. Ciboci at the Council <br />Meeting which I think are appropriate to include in the Minutes because they bear <br />upon what SRI agrees to provide with respect to the gun locater program license. <br />One, the licensing fee would not be payable by the City of Redwood City on the <br />original as well as the expanded version." City Attorney Schricker added that there <br />was also "a question regarding upgrades, and on that I will have to defer to <br />Councilman Sanfilipo for clarification on that point." <br />
