MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD <br />Mav 24, 2010 <br />MO. 10-094 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: May 25, 2010 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Planning, Housing, and Economic Development <br />SUBJECT: Agreement with Hauge Brueck Associates for Professional <br />Environmental Consultant Services for the Saltworks Development <br />Proposal <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1F(110) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 24, 2010. <br />Present: Council Members Bain, Foust, Gee, Pierce, Seybert, Vice Mayor Aguirre and <br />Mayor Ira <br />Absent: None <br />M/S Foust/Aguirre approve, by motion, the professional services agreement with <br />Hauge Brueck Associates (HBA) for environmental consultant services related to <br />the Saltworks development proposal in an amount not to exceed $252,000. <br />Authorize the City Manager to modify the scope of the professional service <br />agreement with HBA if necessary, including the addition or elimination of sub - <br />consultants and their relative scopes of work. <br />Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to $400,000 if <br />necessary. <br />Approve, by pfotion, a reimbursement agreement between the City of Redwood <br />City and th applicant, Redwood City Industrial Saltworks, LLC <br />Th otio passed by a unani dus electronic vote by all those present. <br />Si via Vo lerlinden <br />Municipal City Clerk <br />
