-- 0 R I G I N A L 4/21/97 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2123 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING THE SUM <br /> OF $15,000.00 FROM APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS - MARLIN PARK TO APPROPRIATION FOR <br /> STULSAFT/STAFFORD PARK PLAYGROUNDS IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> The Council of Redwood City does ordain as fellows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The sum of $15,000.00 is hereby appropriated and transferred <br />from the appropriation for Capital Improvements - Marlin Park to an appropriation <br />hereby established entitled, "Stulsaft/Stafford Park Playgrounds improvement <br />Proiect". <br /> <br /> Section 2. The foregoing sum appropriated for the purpose hereinabove <br />specified is for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1996 - June 30, 1997, <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during such <br />fiscal year. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
