<br />RESOLUTION NO. p.2106 rr:> ~ \py <br />RESOLUTION SETTING SALARY OF PORT EXECUTIVE DI~~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 47f (11) of the Redwood City, City Charter, <br />the Board of Port Commissioners prescribes the functions, duties and compensation <br />of the Port Manager (Port Executive Director); and <br />WHEREAS, on April 23, 2008, this Board adopted Ordinance No, P-235 (the <br />"Ordinance"), setting forth a salary range for the Port Executive Director; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board now desires to set the Port Executive Director's salary <br />within the range set forth in the Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOllOWS: <br />1. The Port Executive Director's salary shall be $152,984.00 per year (the "New <br />Salary"), until further action by the Board of Port Commissioners. <br />2. The New Salary shall be effective on July 3, 2010 <br />3.
