-" OBIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES - WATER <br /> RECYCLING FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I~')v)'-day of <br /> '~j~{)k , 2001, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> /I.) <br />mUl~lcipa'l~corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and KENNEDY/JENKS <br /> <br />CONSULTANTS of Palo Alto, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to perform a water recycling feasibility study in <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform consulting <br />engineering services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
