- ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION <br /> <br /> (REDWOOD CITY RECYCLED WATER PROJEC T) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~Say of ~rC ~j~ , <br />2002, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and CH2M HILL of San <br />Jose, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires environmental documentation in order to <br />understand the potential significance of environmental impact associated with <br />development of the Recycled Water Project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, preparation of an <br />environmental analysis is required pursuant to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. Res. Code §21000 et seq.), the State Guidelines <br />implementive thereof ("State CEQA Guidelines"; 14 CCR §15000, et seq.) and <br />the City's Regulations implementive thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City's Regulations, the City of Redwood City has <br />determined that an Initial Study is required and that further environmental review <br />and preparation of a Negative Declaration or Environmental Impact Report may <br />be required (the "Environmental Review"); and <br /> <br />F:Atty/Agr/Agr.015 1 <br />022002 <br /> <br /> <br />
