<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:em 10/8/70 <br />ORIGIN.AL <br /> <br />RE~OLUT.!.ON <br /> <br />N o. h./?)? <br /> <br />OCT 12 10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETvffiEN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA (BUSINESS <br />AND T~ESPORTATION AGENCY, DEPARTM~NT OF PUBLIC <br />l\TORRS, DIVIS ION OF HIGHWAYS) FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />DRAIN LINES AND EXPOSED AGGREGATE PAVING FOR <br />~ffiDIAN LANDSCAPING ON WOODSIDE ROAD DIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State of California, acting by and through <br /> <br />its Business and Transportation Agency, Department of Public <br /> <br />Works, Division of Highways, has a construction project, <br /> <br />contract 04-154424, in progress on State Highway Route 114 <br /> <br />(Woodside Road), between $tate Highway Route 280 and Locust <br /> <br />Street~ and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, Ci ty of Redwood ci ty has requested and State <br />of California, acting by and through its Business and Trans- <br /> <br />portation Agency, Department of Public Works, Division of <br /> <br />Highways, is willing to revise the median treatment and <br /> <br />provide median drainage in selected locations in conjunction <br /> <br />with State's construction contract~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State of california proposes that a cooperative <br /> <br />agreement be entered by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the State of california to accomplish said objectives, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, and marked . <br /> <br />II Exhibit A II ~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed sai.d agreement and <br /> <br />is familiar with the contents thereof, and desires to,approve <br /> <br />the same~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
