CGM:yc:9/29/70 ORIGINAL (leT 12 '7a RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. ~J'.s- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE PERMIT WITH CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO (WATER DEPARTMENT) IN CONNECTION WITH KENSINGTON BRANCH CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT UNIT SD-24, FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 WHEREAS, the Kensington Branch Channel Improvements, Project unit SD-24, for General Improvement District No. 1-65, require the extension of a drainage channel in the vicinity of the intersection of Fernside Street and Muller Court in the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a revocable permit issued by the Public utilities commission of the City and County of San Francisco permitting the City of Redwood City to occupy and utilize certain portions of the San Francisco water Department's right of way subject to certain conditions set forth in the permit; and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of the permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco Water Department Land Use Permit," with Drawing No. B-3367, dated September 4, 1970, attached, for the construction of a drainage channel in connection with Kensington Branch Channel Improvements, Project Unit SD-24, for General Improvement District No. 1-65, within certain real property owned by the City and County of San Francisco in the vicinity of the inter- section of Fernside Street and Muller Court and as more particularly delineated on the aforesaid drawing, a copy of which permit is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk,
