"DES:ern 10/2/70 OR\GH~t\~ ~ . . 6J?i/ DeT 12 '7fJ RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. ) RESOLurrION ANNEXING LANDS TO GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY BE IT RESOLVED, DETE~~INED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That there is presently on file in the office of the city Clerk a petition for the annexation of the hereinafter described lands to General Improvement District No. 1-64 of the City of Redwood City, a district formed pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1128 by the adoption of Resolution No. 4274 on May 4, 1964, which petition has been signed by the owners of all of the lands to be annexed. 2. That the Clerk of the City of Redwood City has checked the petition and has certified to this Council the sufficiency of the signatures on the petition which certification is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk. 3. That said petition was signed by all of the voters of the lands to be annexed as said term is defined in Section 222 of Ordinance No. 1128. 4. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15 of Ordinance No. 1128, this Council did adopt Resolution No. 6389 fixing Monday, the 12th day of October, 1970, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, as the time and place where the matter of annexing the hereinafter described lands to General Improvement District No. 1~64 of the City of Redwood City would be considered and all objections thereto would be heard. ".: 5. It is hereby found that the city Clerk did publish, post and mail copies of Resolution No. 6389 as required by Resolution No. 6389 and Section 1506 of Ordinance No. 1128. r- 1
