<br />I <br /> <br />L <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:IO/2/70 <br />ORIGIN.AL <br /> <br />OCT 5 '7l) <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. ~/?t/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE REPLASTERING <br />OF TWO SWIMMING POOLS AT HOOVER SCHOOL; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the replastering, removal and replacement of <br /> <br />tile in two swimming pools at Hoover School in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of said work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the performance <br /> <br />of replastering, removal and replacement of tile in two swimming <br /> <br />pools at Hoover School in the City of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the performance of said work designated in the <br /> <br />aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
