<br />". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4!rM:em 10/2/70 <br />ORIGIN.AL <br /> <br />RE,2,OLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N o. 6J'fP~ <br /> <br />OCT 5 '70 <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO AUTO- <br />" MOBILES, ONE TRACTOR WITH BACKHOE AND LOADER, ONE <br />FRONT-END TRUCK LOADER, AND ONE POWER SWEEPER: AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for one four-door sedan automobile, one two- <br /> <br />door hardtop automobile, one tractor with backhoe and loader, <br /> <br />one front-end truck loader (clam shell tilt type), and one <br /> <br />power sweeper (rider type), to be used for municipal purposes; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notices of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid forms and agreements, for the furnishing <br /> <br />of one four-door sedan automobile, one two-door hardtop auto- <br /> <br />mobile, one tractor with backhoe and loader, one front-end <br /> <br />truck loader (clam shell tilt type), and one power sweeper (rider <br /> <br />type), to be used for municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
