INTENTION FOR ANNEX:ATION OF TERRI'I'ORY TO GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-.64 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND SE'TTING A 'TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING THEREON BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. .That a petition for the annexation of the hereinafter described lands to General Improvement District No. 1-64 of the City of Redwood city, a general improvement district established pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1128 of the city of Redwood City by the adoption of Resolution No. 4274 on May 4, 1964, has been received and is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2. That the petition has been signed by the owners of at least 51 per cent of the assessed value of 'the lands pro- posed to be annexed and that the City Clerk's certification has been made and filed pursuant to the provisions of Section 1504 of Ordinance No. 1128. 3. That the lands which are proposed to be annexed are situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, ..
