MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> February 3, 2003 <br /> MO. 03-24 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: February 4, 2003 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agreement with Harris & Associates <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.1 A <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 3, 2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Howard Motion to approve and authorize execution of an <br />agreement with Harris & Associates for providing professional <br />construction management services for the Ralston Avenue/Marine <br />Parkway Interchange Improvement Project, in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,500,000.00 of which Phase 1, Pre-Construction Services, in an <br />amount not to exceed $57,775.00 is to proceed now. Phase 2, the <br />Construction Management and Contract Administration will be added <br />through an Amendment/Task Order after Construction bids are opened; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous mil call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
