<br />''')- <br /> <br />~.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />.:em 9/ll/70 <br />OHIGfNAL <br /> <br />N O. ~F/ )t,.; 14 1970 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN OBSERVATION DECK AT THE <br />MUNICIPAL MARINA AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council <br /> <br />certain plans and specifications for the construction of <br /> <br />an Observation Deck at the Municipal Marina in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and <br /> <br />desires to signify its approval thereof and authorize the <br /> <br />City Clerk to call for bids for the construction of said <br /> <br />Observation Deck: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain plans entitled "Observation Deck at <br /> <br />Muni-Marina, City of Redwood City," prepared through the <br /> <br />office of the City Manager and on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the construction of the above <br /> <br />mentioned Observation Deck in accordance with the plans and <br /> <br />specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
