TRACKSJ AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />contract documents for the construction of Redwood city Municipal <br />Transit Mini-Bus Terminal - Broadway - S.P.R.R. Tracks, Redwood <br /> <br />city california: and <br /> <br />~~REAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the city Clerk to call <br /> <br />for bids for the construction of said improvenents7 <br /> <br />NO\i, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Red\>lood City <br /> <br />Municipal Transit Mini-Bus Terminal - Broadway - S.P.R.R. Tracks <br /> <br />- Redwood City, California," prepared in the office of the city <br /> <br />Manager and on file in the office of the city Manager, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements, in accordance with the ~ontract documents therefor, <br /> <br />41 <br /> <br />said advertisement to be in the fo~ of that certain "Notice to <br /> <br />contractors" set forth in the above mentioned contract documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />,!; <br />
