<br />CGM: em ~I 1'11'10 <br /> <br />.: t'~ . <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />. <br />N O. ~3~S <br /> <br />OHIGINAL <br />.~.., -3B AlJiJ." 7D <br /> <br />..; <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR LEASE OF LAND AND IMPROVE- <br />MENTS IN THE VICINITY OF JEFFERSON AVENUE AND MIDDLE- <br />FIELD ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6355 adopted August <br /> <br />3, 1970, bids were called for the proposed lease of that <br /> <br />certain City-owned parcel of real property together with <br /> <br />improvements thereon situated in the vicinity of Jefferson <br /> <br />Avenue and Middlefield Road, commonly known as 1006 Middlefield <br /> <br />Road, Redwood CitYi and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said call for bids was published in accordance <br /> <br />with law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call one bid was received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Chamber of Commerce of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is the highest responsible bidder for the lease of said <br /> <br />premises and it is the intention an~ desir~ of this Council <br /> <br />to award said bid to said Chamber of Commerce of Redwood CitYi <br /> <br />NOW, rrHEREFORE; <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />. AS FOLLOVJS: <br /> <br />l. The above mentioned bid of the Chamber of Commerce of <br /> <br />Redwood city in the amount of One Dollar ($1.00) for a one-year <br /> <br />term for the.lease of land and improvements in the vicinitY"of <br /> <br />Middlefield Road and Jefferson Avenue, Redwood City, in response <br /> <br />to and in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions <br /> <br />of said call for bids is hereby accepted and determined to be <br /> <br />the highest responsible bid. <br /> <br />2.
